Mike doesn't even recommend this book for bodybuilders or those into fitness

This diet is impossible to follow in most work places. Mike says you should eat something every half hour, and sneak food into the workplace to do it. Most companies have designated break times. I work in a food processing plant and sneaking food in at work will get me fired. Mike suggests people find other jobs....get real.

I am a natural bodybuilder. Mike doesn't even recommend this book for bodybuilders or those into fitness. As a matter of fact, he states he doesn't follow the diet at all when he lifts weights. Why did I waste my time buying this book?
