An earlier edition of this book was very helpful in my career. I wasn't disappointed by this edition either. Highly recommended reading for anyone who might be dealing with the recruitment industry in making a senior-level job transition.

Ok, but not great, there are better books on this subject

Book had some valuable content buried under an awful writing style. Not fun to plow through and more useful for those who have no clue about emotional intelligence and dealing with politicians in the work place.
